Naeco

About Us

Naeco Recycling is the division of Naeco Group responsible for the management, recycling, and transformation of plastic waste into new raw materials. We specialize in plastic waste management, as well as in the development and production of tailor-made recycled polymers for a specific sector and/or application.

Naeco Recycling emerges as a response to the growing market demand for new high-quality plastic materials, with a strong environmental preservation component and based on recycling as the main source of supply.

We are a modern company, with a dynamic and multidisciplinary team with a clear environmental vocation, united by the idea of revolutionizing the plastic industry by helping to improve the environmental impact, quality, and productivity of products and/or applications that use our materials as a competitive advantage.

Objectives

The main objective of the company is the development and manufacturing of a new generation of tailor-made plastic materials, with high added value, derived from recycled materials from post-consumer and post-industrial waste for various sectors and specific uses.

Mission

Our main mission is to become a key player in the production of polymers, or any other raw plastic materials, through the comprehensive recycling of all kinds of plastic waste of post-consumer and post-industrial origin, developing specific high value-added solutions that respond to the needs of plastic processors while improving efficiency, competitivity, environmental impact, and sustainability throughout the value chain of plastic products, according to the principles of the circular economy.

We also have a complementary mission to improve the ecological quality of the chain of waste management, always prioritizing recycling and thus the reincorporation of plastic material into the value chain, of plastic waste that is currently being buried, as well as the generation of alternative, high calorific value fuels for recovery in cases where recycling is not possible or convenient.

Vision

Naeco’s vision is to be the leading strategic partner in Europe for all plastic transformers (injection, extrusion, and blow molding) who embrace sustainability as a source of present and future competitive advantage.

Sustainability originates from the combination of three factors:

  • Recycling of all types of plastic waste at the end of their life cycle by adapting the characteristics and properties of the resulting material to a specific type of applications or products.
  • Reduction of both economic and environmental impact of raw materials in the final product and/or application by using recycled materials without compromising quality or control over the transformation process.
  • Achieving economies of scale through the integration of all processes in the recycling chain for the production of all types of polymers or plastic raw materials.

Naeco Research

At Naeco Research, we have a cutting-edge laboratory with the capability to perform all types of plastic material characterizations, along with a team of highly specialized technicians in analysis, characterization, formulation, and plastic material development.

From this area, we work on developing optimal solutions that meet the technical requirements of the final application to help our clients increase the use of recycled materials in their processes.

We have a great R&D capacity for the development, analysis, and formulation of tailor-made recycled materials for the application, meeting the strictest controls and quality standards.

We are fully focused on customer satisfaction, standing out for a differential service that makes a difference based on seriousness, closeness, flexibility, and efficiency.

We cover the entire recycling process with extensive know-how for material analysis, our own laboratory for tailored solutions development, efficient production processes, and specific quality controls.
