At Naeco Recycling, we are convinced it is not always the most expensive material that is the most suitable for all applications: rather, it is necessary to find the one whose mechanical, ecological, and economic yield is the most efficient for a specific application. Therefore, according to the requirements of the product and/or application, it is possible to select from various options and kinds of material depending on the polymer required.

Polypropylene

c PP-E – Recycled polypropylene packaging

cPP-E is a recycled polypropylene (PP) pellet developed from the recycling of post-consumer packaging for injection applications and with a medium fluidity. By default, the color of the material is gray (variable over time) and there is the possibility of making certain colors on demand. We also have other alternative references that improve impact resistance, increase fluidity or incorporate talc (cPP-EM, cPP-EF20, cPP-EF40, cPP-ET10, cPP-ET20).
Possible applications: Injection parts such as boxes, pallets, buckets, pots, furniture and consumer items.

c PP-EM – Improved packaging recycled polypropylene

cPP-EM is a recycled polypropylene (PP) pellet formulated from post-consumer packaging waste designed for injection applications where greater impact resistance is required. By default, the color of the material is gray (variable over time) and there is the possibility of making certain colors on demand. The following related products are available: cPP-E, cPP-EF20, cPP-EF40, cPP-ET10, cPP-ET20.
Possible applications: Injection parts such as boxes, pallets, buckets, pots, furniture and consumer items.

c PP-EF20 – Recycled polypropylene from packaging with MFI 20

cPP-EF20 is a recycled polypropylene (PP) pellet formulated from post-consumer packaging waste, which has a fluidity between 15 and 25. Formulated for injection applications where a high MFI index is required. By default, the color of the material is gray (variable over time) and there is the possibility of making certain colors on demand. Other related materials are: cPP-E, cPP-EM, cPP-EF40, cPP-ET10, cPP-ET20.
Possible applications: Injection parts such as boxes, buckets, pots, furniture and consumer items.

c PP-EF40 – Recycled polypropylene from packaging with MFI 40

cPP-EF40 is a recycled polypropylene (PP) pellet formulated from post-consumer packaging waste, which has a fluidity between 35 and 45. Formulated for injection applications where the maximum MFI index is required. By default, the color of the material is gray (variable over time) and there is the possibility of making certain colors on demand. Other related materials are: cPP-E, cPP-EM, cPP-EF20, cPP-ET10, cPP-ET20.
Possible applications: Injection parts such as boxes, buckets, pots, furniture and consumer items.

c PP-CP – Recycled polypropylene copolymer

cPP-CP is a copolymer polypropylene (PP) pellet developed from different sources of post-consumer waste. A very versatile plastic material with excellent mechanical properties. Designed for injection processes of various parts. The color of the material is black. In the catalog there are variants added with talc, such as cPP-CPT10 and cPP-CPT20.
Possible applications: Injection parts such as boxes, pallets, buckets, pots, furniture and consumer items.

c PP-V – Injection recycled polypropylene

cPP-V is a polypropylene (PP) pellet developed from different sources of post-consumer waste classified by typology. It is a versatile material designed for injection processes of various parts. The color of the material is black. There are versions with talc: cPP-VT10 and cPP-VT20.
Possible applications: Injection parts such as boxes, buckets, pots, furniture and consumer items.

cPP-ET10 is a recycled polypropylene (PP) pellet developed for injection applications. Added with talc, it allows giving rigidity and dimensional stability to the injected pieces. By default, the color of the material is gray (variable over time) and there is the possibility of making certain colors on demand. There are other materials related to this reference such as cPP-E, cPP-EM, cPP-EF20, cP-EF40, cPP-ET20.
Possible applications: Containers, bigbox, pallets.

cPP-CPT10 is a copolymer polypropylene (PP) pellet developed from different sources of post-consumer waste. It is a composite material with additives with a mineral load of 10% talc. Designed for injection processes of various parts where a high demand for material stability or improvement in the appearance of the finished product is required. The color of the material is black. In the catalog there are related products, such as the cPP-CP and cPP-CPT20.

Designed for injection processes of various parts where there is a high requirement for material rigidity and stability. The color of the material is black. In the catalog there are related products, such as the cPP-CP and cPP-CPT10.

c PP-VT10 – Recycled injection polypropylene 10% Talc

cPP-VT10 is a polypropylene (PP) pellet developed from different sources of post-consumer waste classified by typology. It is an additive composite material with a mineral load of 10% talc that has been developed for injection processes of various parts that require better appearance (reducing sinkholes) and dimensional stability. The color of the material is black. There is a version without talc (cPP-V) and with 20% talc (cPP-VT20).
Possible applications: Injection parts such as boxes, buckets, pots, furniture and consumer items.

c HDPE-I – Standard recycled high-density polyethylene for injection

cHDPE-I is a high-density polyethylene (HDPE) pellet developed from a consumer waste source. It is a stable material, with regular availability and good performance, developed for injection transformation processes. The color of the material is black.

c HDPE-ICG – Gray injection recycled high-density polyethylene

cHDPE-ICG is a medium gray high-density polyethylene (HDPE) pellet for injection processes. It is a high-quality material with stable behavior, ideal for replacing or complementing productions with virgin materials. One of the most frequent applications is the production of containers and boxes. This reference is also available in green (CHDPE-ICV) and black (cHDPE-ICN).
Possible applications: Containers, bigbox, pallets.

c HDPE-ICV – Green injection recycled high-density polyethylene

cHDPE-ICV is a green high-density polyethylene (HDPE) pellet for injection processes. It is a high-quality material with stable behavior, ideal for replacing or complementing productions with virgin materials. One of the most frequent applications is the production of containers and boxes. Esta referencia está disponible también en color gris (CHDPE-ICG) y negro (cHDPE-ICN).
Possible applications: Containers, bigbox, pallets.

cHDPE-ESG is a black high-density polyethylene (HDPE) pellet developed from post-consumer waste for extrusion and blowing applications. With this material, products with high mechanical resistance are achieved. This material is also available in blue (cHDPE-ESGA).
Possible applications: Rigid blown containers, foil, profiles and other extrusion products.

cHDPE-ESGA is a blue high-density polyethylene (HDPE) pellet developed from post-consumer waste for extrusion and blowing applications. With this material, products with high mechanical resistance are achieved. One of the most frequent applications is the production of blue bottles. This material is also available in black (cHDPE-ESG).
Possible applications: Rigid blown containers, foil, profiles and other extrusion products.
